Two 97 year old twin brother's dream - into a reality. Levin Service Company is named after twins Allen and Louis Levin. They started this company with a vision to make the community a more family friendly place. With this motivation and lots of hard work, we have the perfect team turning this dream into a reality.

Patrick Rini

Partner at the Connor Group

Patrick Rini spent 21 years as a journalist, including covering the Atlanta Olympics, serving as the Front Page editor of the Atlanta-Journal Constitution and several leadership positions at the Dayton Daily News.

Mr. Rini left journalism in 1998 and joined Larry Connor at The Connor Group, an owner and operator of high-end apartments. There he served as a property manager, regional VP, recruiting and training director and the last 10 years as VP of investor development. Mr. Rini raised more than $1 billion in that time. He retired in 2018 and rejoined the company in July 2022.

The Connor Group grew from $65 million in assets when Mr. Rini joined in 1998 and today has owned and operated more than $5 billion in apartment communities.

Daniel Young

Owner & Founder of Young's Jersey Dairy

Dan Young is Chief Ice Cream Dipper of Young’s Jersey Dairy, one of the top visited businesses in the Miami Valley area. He has worked at the family business since high school, doing many jobs from milking cows, dipping ice cream, line cook, taking care Guests and helping to manage and train a 300+ person workforce.

Dan has been married to Cathy for 46 years.  Cathy has worked for Young’s 48 years in many capacities.

Dan & Cathy’s son John is a business owner (Shout It Out Design) in the Columbus Ohio area and continues to work at Young’s.

Dan is active in the community and has served on many local boards. His community involvement includes the Young’s Ice Cream Charity Bike Ride, which has donated $1,612,400 to local charities in the past 20 years.

Ryan Levin

Vice President

Ryan joined the Levin Family Foundation in 2000, becoming the youngest foundation board member in Ohio at the time.  He is Vice-President and Owner of Levin Service Co. He also holds a position on the board of the Jewish Federation of Greater Dayton.

Ryan attended Northern Kentucky University and the University of Washington prior to returning home to help with his family business in 1997.  In 2005, he graduated from the University of Cincinnati's Goering Center for Family Business and Succession Planning.

Ryan and his wife Alison live in Dayton with their three dogs.  He enjoys target shooting and dinners with his family.

Al Bell

CEO & President

Mr. Bell served as Vice Chairman & Chief Administrative Officer of Big Lots, Inc. During this time, he led the growth of the Company from 200 stores with $300 million in annual revenues to 1500 stores and $4 billion.

Mr. Bell’s work has included building and growing Moochie & Co from one specialty pet retail store into a multi-faceted business with 12 stores, 60 mini-stores, a wholesale division and a website. In addition, Mr. Bell’s is a practicing attorney and has represented companies and individuals in business growth strategies, transactions, capital funding and M&A.

Mr. Bell lives in Dayton and Columbus with his wife of 33 years and they have two adult children.

Alan Copeland

General Manager, Dixie Twin Drive-In Theatre

Alan has been in the public service field his entire career.

Aside from managing the Drive-In, Alan is currently serving as the Truancy Officer for the 5 school districts in Preble County.  Alan works with the school’s secretaries, principals, superintendents, and the juvenile judges to address student truancy issues throughout Preble County.

Alan attended Sinclair Community College pursuing a Business Management Associates degree with an Entrepreneur Concentration.

Since becoming General Manager of the Drive-In, he is passionate about maintaining the family fun atmosphere. Alan has been going to the Drive-In with his family for years.

Alan is a lifelong Dayton resident.  Currently married with 2 daughters, 5 sons, 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a white dove named Grace.

Jackie Bickel

General Manager, Caesar Creek Flea Market

With over 30 years of experience in marketing and strategic planning, Jackie manages one of the largest flea markets in Ohio, where she interacts with 200-plus small business owners weekly.

Jackie received her bachelor's in graphic design from the University of Cincinnati College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning and her master's degree in Workforce Education from Wright State University. Her career spans from working at the retail-based advertising agency, Marketing Developments to managing an extensive Capital Campaign with the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati.

Passionate about community development, Jackie enjoys curating the market with local vendors. In her spare time, she is involved with the local 4-H and FFA programs.

Jackie is a resident of Clinton County, where she and her husband operate a dairy farm and creamery. She enjoys spending time with her 5 children, 3 grandchildren and numerous 4-legged family members.
