Manage the operations of the Sunday morning operations of the Paris Flea Market.
Duties
• Supervise the Paris Flea Market (PFM) vendors and shoppers as they enter and set up
• Supervise the Ticket Booth Operator in collecting of admissions to the PFM
• Supervise the lot parking of vendors and monitor the items being sold to shoppers
• Supervise the cleanliness of PFM lot, empty trash as needed, maintain clean restrooms
• Scheduling of the Ticket Booth Operators to work on Sunday mornings
• Create a family friendly work environment for all vendors and shoppers
• Provide PFM patrons with a professional, satisfying, memorable experience
Requirements
• Follow verbal and written instructions from the Concession Manager
• Work Sunday Mornings, 5am to 11am, for 7 months, April through October
• Knowledge of money denominations and cash drawer management
• Ability to communicate with vendors and shopper, maintain a fun shopping atmosphere
• Must be able to bend, lift 20lbs, use of cleaning products
• Must have reliable transportation to and from job site
Skills
• *Customer Service Skills Is A Must* Create a welcoming environment
• Knowledge of money denominations, cash register operation, cash drawer organization
• IPad Square System operations is a plus but not required, on-the-job-training
• Supervise Ticket Booth Operator to give their best efforts in performance of their duties
• Ability to create and maintain a “Professional Atmosphere” for PFM patrons
• Talent to bring creativity to the workplace, presenting written ideas for company growth
Salary
Hourly rate is to be determined. Salary paid bi-weekly.
